The Role 職務内容

Overview:

•As Marketing Manager this role will be driving & implementing a dynamic marketing strategy for Japan in line with the company business plan including being responsible for brand partnerships & retail events to drive traffic and brand awareness. 

•This role covers marketing development for retail, e-commerce and all communication channels including eCRM as well as working closely with PR to ensure consistent brand awareness for the development & growth of the brand, maintaining luxury brand values at all levels.

•They will have a strong understanding of retail and e-commerce and how to leverage marketing to maximise brand desire, loyalty and sales.

Responsibilities:

•In conjunction with the UK team, responsible for the Japan marketing strategy, targets & KPI’s, providing on-going analysis, critical path & ROI for each individual campaign. The Marketing Manager will need to develop close working relationships with the UK based team (the Japanese Marketing team is very much an extension of the Head Office team).

•Regular planning, communication and reporting of activities with the UK Head Office team, eg, campaign planning & opportunities, post campaign & event analysis, market research & insights.

•Using commercial and operational expertise to work closely with the commercial teams- retail, digital and sales – to create a marketing plan that delivers significant brand growth and ROI whilst protecting brand integrity.

•Development of a retail marketing strategy that delivers clear ROI and brand loyalty to support store launches, store events, dinners and projects to build client database.

•Development of a Japanese customer acquisition programme, driving B2B partnerships & building relationships with high net worth individuals to host private shopping events & introduce new customers to the brand.

•Managing marketing calendar and coordinating with all departments to ensure it is up to date and all projects are being achieved.

•Management of marketing budgets – proven track record of planning and managing budgets to targets.
