-In charge of visual merchandising for 18 counters in Japan duty free market (Tokyo Narita and Haneda, Kansai, Chubu, Fukuoka, Okinawa, Sendai and Hiroshima), and for the future new openings. 

-To coordinate the production (check layouts and colors) and installation of transparencies. 

-To coordinate the production of local produced SPM (price tags, acrylic bases, etc) and the order of SPM to Paris. 

-To prepare detailed makeup, skincare and fragrance planograms for each counter based on CAP (Chanel Asia Pacific) TR campaign books, and to update them by campaign.
