Job Description

• Provide administrative to support Board of Director. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.
• Project a professional company image trough in-person and phone interaction
• Maintain BOD calendar for meetings, arrange internal and external meetings and/or events as requested
• Compose and compiling minutes of meeting, as well as ensuring the circulation of the minutes
• Prepare correspondence and maintain office document; including incoming and outgoing mail, all invoice, etc
• Assist Senior Management for create, transcribe, translating document as per request
• Handling operational activities
• Handling Incoming/outgoing calls
• Handle day to day inquiries and administration
• Perform travel management for both business and personal purpose
• Prepare both business and ensuring all the supporting documents attached and make copy of all the submitted expenses for follow up
• Handling for operational petty cash
• Other secretarial duties defined by superiors


• Minimum graduate Diploma degree from secretarial or office administration academy or others
• Has experience 0 - 4 years in secretarial job
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Familiar with administration/typist/secretarial tasks
• Good computer skills (Ms. Office of Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Outlook and appearance (professional attitude)
• Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Good English, both speaking and writing at business level conversation
• Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision
• Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation.
