Sample Specialist Mandarin Speaker (Manufacture - Assistant, Coordination)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate new model with internal members
- Track sample shoes and handle technical documents, including order transfer 
- Purchase trial materials and track the delivery schedule of the materials
- Offline tracking of mold fixtures/screen material handover
- Create trial sample orders and track the progress of trial production in the sample room
- Coordinate with customers regarding production schedules and arrange for customer visits to the factory to observe the trial production process
- Update production SOPs and update to the customer's system
- Update customers reports based on different clients
- Send wear test report to customer's office and track the reports
- Check progress with the factory production management and issue notifications of trial production completion for mass production
- Track customer's samples/special samples
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・High Conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of working experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with production process
・Good communication & coordination skill, time management skill, and interpersonal skill
