Job description :
- Analyzes the tenders as required by marketing and corresponds with the various parties for necessary clarifications.
- Getting technical approval on design and submittals.
- Review the drawings /scope of work
- Identify the detailed material requirement and obtain competitive prices.
- Preparation of Pre tender and post tender clarification.
- Preparation of document submittals
- Leading engineer staff in design & estimate
Requirements :
- Minimum experience 10 years in similar position / Junior Manager / Manager Design & Estimate
- Good Knowlegde in Mechanical system, Design & Estimate
- Good Knowlegde in HVAC system, Chiller, Air Conditioning, boiler, etc
- Good Knowlegde in Mechanical in manufacture and high rise building
- Good practical ability in mechanical problem solving
- Fluent in computer literate is a must ( CAD and Microsoft Office)
- Able to make budgeting and estimation for project
- Able to work in team as well as work independently
- Willing to be placed in any project
Preferable requirements :
- Experience in Mechanical Manufacture and high rise building is an advantage
- English Language skills both oral and written is an advantage
Remuneration :
Basic salary, THR, yearly bonus
