1) Report to Japanese Inbound Manager
2) Manage 19 staffs including part-timers
3) Job Responsibilities:
- Managing spa’s routine, training staff skills such as massage, body treatment, face, and foot care.
- Being responsible for assigning work, supervising staff.
- Ensuring the staff’s knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
- Ensuring staff providing professional treatments following company standards and procedures.
- Setting up and maintaining spa treatment rooms in an immaculate manner.
- Maintaining the stocks and supply of massage oils, alcohol, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies.
- Supporting in interact and answer all facility related questions with Japanese Guests.
- Coordinating with managers to develop treatment programs, spa packages and implement promotions.
- Monitoring, evaluating and maintaining the quality of the service.
- Other tasks as assigned.
1) Essential Requirement:
- Have international beauty and massage license.
- Language: English (Intermediate level).
- Minimum 2-year experience in Therapy Service management.
- Have experience in operating Spa.
- Have strong professional Therapist knowledge, skills, and practice.
- Have strong leadership.
- Have strong management skill
2) Characteristics:
