<Job Responsibilities>
The General Director plays a true business partnership role to the other departments in Viet Nam and Japan to assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company’s long-term strategy.
1. Finance
- Business performance
- Provide action-oriented and analytical insights on the financial information provided
- Be proactive in highlighting any risks and deviations from target or forecast
- Be the challenger and support management team to make the right decision
- Be responsible for the preparation of forecast and all tasks related to Business Review
- Put in place effective internal control procedures and processes in the organization
- Ensure that self-assessments and action plans are completed on time
- Finance Controlling, Business Controlling
- Drive the organization to achieve overall work in good rating
2. Operational efficiency 
- Ensure simplification and efficiency in all Finance, Human Resource, Contractual Management, and Accounting Processes. 
3. Statutory and Business Reporting
- Respect all requirements and deadlines for financial reporting to local authorities
- Respect all requirements and deadlines for internal reporting to Japan Company
- Ensure reliable financial information (no major errors and no significant adjustments)
- Comply with local regulation (Tax, Laws,..) and group reporting standard
- Equip constantly with rational and accurate explanation for the financial numbers
4. Technical 
- Supervise and support IT section and ensure proper systems for running the office are in place.
- Manage IT team and define result-based expectations, provides leadership and technical support as needed, and evaluate direct reports regularly.
