<Job Responsibilities>
- Organize construction site, design implementation, understand the design and technical requirements of the project in charge, propose adjustments and settlement of work-related technical works.
- Closely follow the construction schedule with the Investor and the internal, site diary, deploy construction, assign and manage personnel at the site in accordance with the Company's regulations.
- Representatives of the Company directly resolve issues related to the construction, arising, acceptance work at the construction site; control the work safety at the construction site.
- Details of work to be discussed in the interview.
- The company will have the development career path to a higher position for qualified and engaged personnel.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 25- 30. Gender: Male. Good health condition.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture.
- Language: Japanese business level (equivalent N3)
- Experience: not required. Fresh CDD is welcome.
- Computer skill: Microsoft Office.
- Character: Careful, honest, hard work. Bright person.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- English Conversational level.
- Have knowledge about construction materials, specifically in Aluminum windows, frame.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical specifications.
