<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead a team of 4-5 members to accomplish tasks to meet deadline on time.
- Assign tasks to members
- Deploy design PCB plan of fan/step motor following to mother company's request
- Check specifications of motor and PCB
- Execute related reports
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Section Head
1. Necessary Skill / Experience
- Qualification: College Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrics - Electronics, Mechanical.
- Language Skill(s): Japanese N3 level OR English Fluent Level
- Gender: Any
- Age: over 26
- 1-3 years' working experience as designer team leader about mechanical products.
- MOS Office proficiency
- Must have experience in designing motor, PCB
- Good communication, Leadership.
R&D, manufacturing, and sales of motors (brushless, stepping, fan and blower motors), sensors and industrial small motors, as fans, blowers and sensors, and motor-applied products. The company has branches in Europe and many Asian countries (Singapore, HongKong, China…). The branch in Vietnam has received ISO14001 and ISO9001 for its high quality products.
