- Report to Supervisor
- Directly in charge of sales for Japan clients in global markets, especially in Japan, to meet sales KPI
- Responsible for contract and account management
- Qualify business opportunities by identifying prospects and potential new business deals
- Analyze market trends and industry to define sales strategy and identify sales opportunities
- Provide technical and solution support in collaboration with Technical team
- Prepare quotations and support on proposal for customers
- Conduct customer segmentation, SWOT analysis and reports on market and industry trends
- Support on marketing activities such as event or workshop preparation
- Maintain relationships with clients and key partners by providing support, information, and guidance; do research and recommend new products and service improvements
