JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese leader
Assigned to HR/GA Department / Team with 2-3 members
Job Responsibilities:
As a HR and GA, you are in charge of procedures of HR and GA.
Depending on your experiences, you will be leader, supervisor, or manager
- Get contact with Japanese head quarter
- Write e-mail in Japanese
- Responsible for implementing and developing HR procedures in accordance with Law and the company's policy
- Manage and supervise payments, prepare cash flow forecast, monthly tax statements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese – N2 , English – conversational
- More than 3 year experiences in GA/HR
Desirable Character:
- Gender: Female
- Age to 20 – 35
- Living in Binh Duong
