Production Manager (VN or Expatriate)

<Job Responsibilities>
-	Arrange production plan/ machines/ workers in the most efficient way
-	Orient, train, manage, supervise and improve workers, and machines to follow available workflow
-	Re-correct workers’ mindset and enhance workers’ awareness in terms of quality and discipline to meet the quality of customer’s standard
-	Manage to ensure the quality of the finished product
-	Ensure health, safety, and environmental actions are implemented
-	Manage and coordinate with other departments to achieve common goals

- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: 
+ Must have at least 10 years of experience in synthetic leather, especially in the coating process.
+ At least 3 years of experience in production manager position
