JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Manager
Main Tasks:
-Hands on mechanical (infrastructure, machinery, tool, HVAC, etc.) and electrical (power supply, telecommunications, etc.) system designs for a range of projects
-Providing design calculations, drawings and specifications
-Producing project related correspondence and reports
-Coordinating work with other engineers, clients and contractors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering preferred with a sound knowledge of M&E engineering fundamentals
-Around 5 years’ relevant experience in foreign companies (or Japanese companies preferred)
-Be able to demonstrate solid mechanical and electrical building services design experience, along with good AutoCAD skills
-Excellent communication skills essential for working with non-technical clients
-Excellent planning and organization skills required for fast-paced environment
-Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
