【職務内容】
-The role will interface heavily with functions across the supply chain and will have responsibility to harmonize and standardize new product introduction.
-Identify manufacturing technologies, which will enable new product designs by reducing process capability constraints & expand HEM’s core competencies.
-Strengthen technology transfer processes to ensure robust Process Engineering working closely with R&D and the Manufacturing Engineering groups.
-Partner with R&D, supply chain and manufacturing engineering teams to develop close strategic collaborations with equipment and component suppliers, and technology partners to ensure optimum vendor selection and supply chain design.
-Create action plans, provides regular project progress update thru accepted communication modes within HEM and to customers.
-Supplier- vendor development & establish long term relationship with supply chain (customer, supplier, product development & HVM teams).
-Designs and develops Transfer dies for complex rectangular parts.
-Effectively utilizes fundamental understanding of Stamping process, Selection of press for manufacturing process & Transfer die experience to new product and process development process.
-Follow safety procedures & Standard operating procedures to ensure safe handling of raw materials, intermediate and finished products.
-Follow Standard operating procedures to insure consistent Quality.
-Generates patents & write technical papers as appropriate.
【応募要件】
-Degree in Mechanical or Tool & Die engineering with 5+ years Transfer die & stamping related industry experience.
-Proficient in Designing press tools using AutoCAD or Solid works softwares.
-CAD/FEA training & experience is desired.
-Previous project management & people management expertise on developing and implementing processes for new products.
-Proven experience in the development and implementation of strategy for Transfer press/die technology.
-Must be adaptable and flexible to changing work environment & priorities.
-Knowledge of DOE’s, Statistical analysis of data & SPC is desired.
