業務内容： ・当社が取り扱うコンテンツ（キャラクター、アニメ）の商品デザイン企画 ・商品デザインの修正／補正 ・商品デザインのミス／誤ったデザインの使用がないかチェック ・コンテンツ権利元への商品デザイン確認／修正指示受領 ・営業用資料作成 ・商品デザイン／コンテンツ利用ガイドライン資料作成 ・マーケティング・トレンド調査 ・その他関連業務 Responsibilities: ・Product design planning for the contents (characters, anime) handled by the company. ・Modification/correction of product design. ・Check for mistakes in product design / use of incorrect design. ・Confirmation of product design / receive of correction instructions to content rights holders ・Preparation of sales materials ・Product design / creation of content usage guidelines ・Marketing and trend research ・Ad hoc duties •デザインまたは関連分野の学士号 •日本での留学経験や日本企業での就業経験 •ブランド管理、クリエイティブデザイン、または関連する役割での5年以上の実務経験 • IPライセンスの経験があれば尚可 • 日本語に堪能(ニュアンスが理解できる)で、ビジネスレベルの英語または中国語 •設計ソフトウェアとツールに習熟している •ブランドアイデンティティ、デザイン原則、および市場動向に関する深い理解 •パートナーと効果的に協力するための優れたコミュニケーションスキルと対人スキル •機密情報およびビジネス情報に関して、常に機密性を維持するために高い誠実さを持っている方 •優れた時間管理スキルで複数のプロジェクトを管理する能力 •独立して働ける且つチームプレーヤーであり、細部にまで気を配ることができる •必要に応じて、時間外労働を含む柔軟な時間で働くことができる • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. • Education background in Japan or work experience in Japanese company • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a brand management, creative design, or related role. • Experience in IP licensing is an advantage • Must be fluent in Japanese (can understand nuances) and business level of English or Chinese. • Proficient in design software and tools. • Strong understanding of brand identity, design principles, and market trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams. • Must possess high integrity to maintain confidentiality at all times regarding confidential and business information obtained by virtue of the post. • Ability to manage multiple projects with a good time management skill • Independent, a strong team player, and detail-oriented. • Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, when necessary.
