Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsibility to fund new clients 50% and maintain existing clients 50%
- Responsibility to sell a software solution such as Document Workflow Management(Docuware), a  Cloud solution, and Cost management and security, Device management, and Mobile printing, etc.
- Study product information and provide product training to both customers and sales staff 
- Plan marketing strategies and manage various aspects of product management, including product life cycle, such as product selection, product positioning, pricing, key selling points, sales support, promotions, public relations, and sales analysis to achieve targets.
- Analyze competitors and support the development of both short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Coordinate with the technical team, purchasing team, and marketing team
- Other duties assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of sales experience in software Solutions in B2B, such as Docuware, AI, or Microsoft, etc.
- Conversational High level of English (To communicate with Japanese management, Clients, and use email and documents for clients) 
- At least 1 year of experience at the management level
- Have a driving license and own a car to visit clients 2-3 days/week

- Proficient in marketing analysis, advertising campaigns, and developing and monitoring campaign budgets..
- Strong ability to manage customer accounts and develop long-term business relationships
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure while driving the team toward success.

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- At least a TOEIC test of 700 with a certificate
- Graduated from an overseas university
