<Job Responsibilities>
- Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions with customers, focusing on customer needs, understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
- Effectively showcasing the features, capabilities, and benefits of the machinery to potential clients. This may include on-site demonstrations, presentations, or in-house tours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while exploring new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and market penetration.
- Develop highly profitable quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up, and to get a hit-rate.
- Working with customers to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other aspects of the sales agreement.
- Build strategic networks and relationships with vendors, suppliers and integrators to further develop the market.
- Other duties as management assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 1-2 years experience in Sales, Sales Engineer in Machine for Food & Beverage Industry only
- Be able to work under pressure with strong willingness for business development
- Holding own car with driving license
- Conversational High level in English (Monthly meeting with Japanese President and Quarterly report to Japan Head Quarter, documents, email, reports etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Be able to travel in both upcountry and aboard (if needed)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor in any Engineering Degree
- Experience in Food and Beverage Packaging Machine
