Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with Thai Sales in the office to support the sales process.
- Issue invoices, quotations, and other related documents.
- Receive purchase orders and proceed with invoice issuance.
- Contact and coordinate with local clients.
- Forward, arrange, and follow up on documentation with clients and salespersons.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator/Sales Support/Sales Admin
- Experience in sales support documents (Quotation, PO purchase order, SO sales order, Invoice)
- Detail-oriented and proactively work to meet deadlines and follow up until the end of the process
- Conversational middle in English for internal coordination with Japanese, documentation, and email tasks
- Able to use Microsoft Office
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Able to use SAP
- Experience from a Trading Company
