Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> *Currently, the ratio of new to existing business is approximately 20:80. However, most of the existing business involves acquiring new projects from current clients. The share of new client development is expected to increase further in the future. *A company car with a driver will be provided for sales activities, so there is no need to drive yourself. - Prepare and issue quotations for prospective and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. - Conduct follow-ups after quotations to address client inquiries, negotiate terms, and support conversion into sales. - Engage in new business development, with an initial focus on understanding current operations. Full-scale new client acquisition activities will be gradually introduced once familiarity with the role is established. - Coordinate closely with Chinese-owned manufacturing plants located in Thailand to ensure smooth production and delivery processes. - Manage sales activities for clients mainly based in India, including maintaining relationships, identifying needs, and proposing appropriate solutions. - Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor degree *Only Fresh graduates can apply - At least a conversational high level of English to communicate with the Japanese report line and sales for indian clients - A cheerful and positive personality with strong interpersonal skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational-middle of Japanese
