Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Respond to inquiries from Japanese companies
- Coordinate internal processes by delegating specific procedures to Thai staff
- Visit client offices and build strong business relationships
- Communicate with local accounting staff using English or Thai
- Handle general administrative accounting tasks
- Distribute newsletters to clients
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Experience in back-office work related to accounting and taxation
*Fresh graduates are welcome
- At least Business level of Japanese to communicate with clients(N1 up *Must be able to read and write Japanese accurately, with a strong command of formal business writing)
- At least a Business level of English to communicate with overseas customers
- Those who are comfortable working with legal matters and numbers in their daily tasks, especially those who have an interest in accounting, taxation, or contracts.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Practical experience in accounting and taxation
