Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare related documents such as quotations and invoices
- Take orders from customers (Thailand and other countries),
- Make shipment arrangements, and ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients by email and phone call
- Communicate with the sales team, customers, and warehouse in matters related to the sale process.
- Support Export and Import documents.
- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Working experience in sales or related back-office positions
**Fresh graduates are welcome
- Conversational middle-high level of English (Report line, Email, Documents, and Clients)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
- Have a driving license
- Detail-oriented
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience with Import-Export documents
- Can join immediately
