Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist in simultaneous interpretation between Japanese staff and others, both internal and external events/meetings/conferences (Japanese-Thai).
- Translate documents, reports, and correspondence related to business planning (Japanese-Thai).
- Coordinate the scheduling and venue arrangements for meetings.
- Provide support during meetings and create minutes in Japanese-Thai.
- Prepare various documents such as quotations, invoices, contracts, and shipping documents
- Support the Sales team/ coordinate between divisions
- Support Thai clients and visit clients with the Sales team
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year's experience as a Japanese Interpreter in any industry
- Welcome, fresh grade
- Business level of Japanese (N2 level)
*For internal communication and clients
- Conversational middle-level of English
- Able to visit the client at Bangkok and Laem Chabang Port with the Sales team (1-2 times/month, depending on clients ) by company car and driver
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Having a good personality, and systematic & logical thinking
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- working experience as a logistics sales assistant
- Have working experience in a Japanese company
