Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Oversee key HRM functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead HRD initiatives such as training and development, career path planning, and talent management to support employee growth.
- Cultivate a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement across all levels.
- Manage and optimize HRIS systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of HR operations.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and effective conflict resolution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report HRM and HRD performance metrics to executive leadership for continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's or higher in Human Resource, Psychology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in both HRM and HRD in the Manufacturing industry
- At least 5 years of experience at a assistant management level
- Conversational High of English (documentation, translation, email, etc.)
- Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Evaluation and reporting skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Proficiency in Japanese is considered an advantage
