<Job Responsibilities > - Able to support both Human Resources and Administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, and office management <Job Responsibilities> Admin Tasks 50%: - Submit documents and communicate with the outsourcing company, suppliers, and related companies (VISA/WP, Government, etc.) - Provides office support to either an individual or a team, and is vital for the smooth running of a business. - Support the Japanese and staff in terms of booking hotels, golf, airline tickets, rental cars, etc. - Organize and schedule meetings and events - Manage the office-related issues, follow instructions from the boss, keep records and reports up to date - Conduct and organize administrative duties. - Help maintain the budget plan (compare prices, negotiate, control costs) - General office management such as ordering office sundries, including answering phones, preparing and checking documents HR Tasks 50% : - Manage attendance record /OT/ leave /staff record - Communicate with recruit agents and candidates (Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions) - Managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training of new staff members - Be the internal contact person about labor issues - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in a related field - At least 5 years of experience in Admin or HR tasks with a Japanese Company. - At least conversational - middle of English for documents and communicating with Japanese MD - Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Pivot, PowerPoint) - Experience in handling VISA/WP - Significant experience in organizing office procedures <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having experience working at small small-sized company - Have work experience to support a Japanese MD - To have attention to detail, computer literacy, communication, data analysis, critical thinking, and mathematics. - Strong problem-solving and organization skills
