Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify competency gaps and collaborate with departments to ensure training and development programs address business needs.
- Responsible for Salary structure, competency, Organizations structure, Design Career Planning, Create Job Description and Job Specifications for new position and updated for all positions.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that employees’ goals align with the company’s objectives.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, development planning, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure the organization's training programs align with government standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend.
- Revised policy, Code of Conduct and announce company announcements
- Evaluate and measured level of awareness and understanding of employees in core values
- Work with site or other management teams to encourage employee communication and support local engagement or community events
- Others duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in HR or other related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in HROD ,or HRM and HROD (Full function) in any manufacturing company
- Strong understanding of Organization Development Principles, talent management, employee engagement, and learning development.
- Have working experience in Middle- Large scare company at least 100 persons
- Conversation middle level of English [To use with email and documents internal]
- Good data analytical and HR report
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- At least 2 years experience at management level
- Working experience in Electronics or Automotive Manufacturing industry
