<Job Responsibilities>
- Follow up and check document details for completeness and accuracy before saving.
- Record expense information, costs
- Gather records in the Mac5 system.
- Issue invoice documents
- Prepare supporting documents and send them to customers.
- Store documents and record information
- Collect expenses and prepare summary reports.
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Vocational Certificate, High Diploma or Bachelor Certificate in Accounting or Computer field
- Experienced as Billing officer or experience with Billing task
- Conversational Middle in English (documents, email etc.)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of Accounting/ Logistic business
- Data entry skills, accurated fast working person on key in process
- Be honest Be careful and detailed, able to work well as a team
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Logistic or Freight Forwarder company
- Early join candidate
