Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Take care of Inventory control (hardware for time and attendance control)
- Purchase of company equipment
- SSO registration of new and resigned employees
- Payroll task for internal employee
- As support task for sales, announce contract renewal to clients
- Correspondence with accounting firms
*Accounting is outsourced to an outside firm, so no accounting knowledge is required.
- VISA/Work permit renewal for foreigners
- Tasks assigned by Japanese MD
- To support maintaining product quality, check the calculation logic for payroll system for clients
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 1 year of payroll experience in any corporate company
*Experience in payroll by using HR systems is mandatory
- Be familiar with personal income tax, PND1.
- Conversational middle level in English to communicate with the Japanese Director
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational middle leve in Japanese to communicate with the Japanese Director
