Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Human resource planning, analysis, and optimization - Job analysis and value assessment, preparation and maintenance of job descriptions - Participate in building talent development channels - Analyze the human resource structure and support HR supply forecasting - Assist with job analysis and organizational structure optimization (Work output: Job description, HR structure analysis) 2. Employee Relationship Management - Build employee communication and care mechanisms (seminars, regular talks, etc.) - Handle turnover and labor relations, analyze turnover causes - Conduct interviews regarding probation, promotions, and other changes(Work output: Feedback forms, turnover analysis) 3. Salary calculation - Timely and accurate wage calculation; labor cost analysis - Promote digital wage systems (piece-rate wages) - Calculate IE unit prices, analyze wage trends, propose standards (Work output: Wage accounting management measures) 4. Talent cultivation - Set direction/goals for key talent training - Build job quality models and conduct assessments - Create and follow up on study plans (Work output: Job quality models, study plans) 5. Administration, work-related injuries - Organize and supervise prevention of work-related injuries and emergency responses (Work output: (not specified) 6. Other related duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in HR field - Working experience in personnel management / HR systems construction - Conversational middle level of English (For communication with Japanese manager) - Can use office software, OA, EHR, Chengyi system - Familiar with labor law and human resource management laws and regulations - Proficient in theoretical knowledge of human resource management <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Understand the business management knowledge of shoemaking and related modules - Strong management capabilities (planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling) - Excellent problem-solving, execution, and comprehension skills - Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities - Customer-centric mindset - Strong drive for achievement - Passion for learning and innovation
