Assistant Expat HR & Admin Manager (Chinese Speaking) (40K–70K) (SDG-118353) <Job responsibilities> - HR & Admin: Oversee and manage the implementation of company policies, organizational culture initiatives, attendance systems, employee benefits and welfare programs, and overall employee engagement. Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations. - People Development: Design and execute employee development programs, including training initiatives, career path planning, performance appraisals, and evaluation systems to foster growth and retention. - Talent Acquisition (TA): Lead and guide the talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure strategic recruitment processes that align with the company’s growth and talent needs. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the accounting team and other departments to ensure effective financial operations and coordination with headquarters. - Multi-Country operations: manage HR and administrative functions across multiple countries, including Thailand, Laos, India, Dubai, South Africa, and others. ensure consistency in policy implementation and adherence to local regulations. - Other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally within an expatriate or multinational environment. - Experience or Strong Interest in Tax processes, payroll systems, and Coordination with external accounting/Tax firms. - Experience in managing teams and working effectively in a Multi-Country, multicultural business environment. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance matters. - Conversational high in English (spoken and written with internal and other branches) - Conversational high in Chinese (spoken and written in internal) - Strong decision-making abilities and the confidence to act independently when needed. - Friendly and approachable personality, with the Ability to Build positive relationships across all levels of the organization. - Excellent communication, Coordination, and leadership skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having HSK5 Certificate Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday to Friday) About the Benefits 40,000–70,000THB About the company Product & Service: Provide various types of financial Business Type: Securities / Investment Trusts;
