Marketing Director (100K-120K) (SDG-39817)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Develop brand presentation and monitor brand visibility (branding, concept store design, visual update and etc.)
 Implements the business plan and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of all revenue and profitability objectives
 Develop all media and PR activities, plan both traditional and online channels within approved budget
 Develop product launch to press and consumers
 Develops relationship within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales and marketing opportunities
 Conduct market research and analyze local market situation, trend update and competitors
 Ensure the advertising and artworks provided to media partners for product launch period and brand messages
 Build up relationship to media and press for complimentary news explorer, PR release, PR task and follow-up
 Responsible for A&P report of PR event and sponsorship with related marketing production cost
 Using knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue
 Understands the overall market-competitor's strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply & demand etc. and knows how to promote and sell against them
 Closes the best opportunities based on market conditions and location needs
 Development and achieve strategic objectives
 Maintains contact with all clients in the market area as appropriate to ensure high levels of satisfaction


 Develop sales & marketing material and channels allocation and management
 Identifies new business to achieve revenue goals
 Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality ,Male/Female , age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
 At least 10 years of working experience in sales/ marketing/ PR planing/ strategies and budgeting
 At least 5 years of working experience as management in property development
 Able to communicate in English
 Proven experience as head of sales, project selling, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
 Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
 Strong in sales and marketing management as well as team management at both the strategic and operational levels as well as proven leadership and ability to drive sales team
 Creative thinking, good in negotiation skills, planning and flexible and adaptable
 Able to work under pressure
