Sales and Marketing Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (50K-90K) (SDG-29121)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for Sales and marketing functions
 To make an effort to gain and keep good credit and reputation from customers
 Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
 Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships (20 Japanese clients)
 Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department
 Make a Monthly Sales Plan and Master Delivery Schedule with Japanese General Manager
 Submit Sales Report every end of the month
 Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets
 Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
 Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
 Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings
 Participate in the development of new project proposals
 Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives and operating procedure
 Provide on the job training to a new sales employee
 Response and manage employees or subordinate according to safety legal requirement
 (Ministerial Regulation on the Standard for Administration and Management of Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment)
 Conduct ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, and Safety awareness
 Other tasks might be assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any field
 At least 5 years experiences as sales related in field of Wiring Harness or any other related electrical parts for automotive
 At least 2 years experiences as management
 Advanced conversational high level of Japanese (same as N2) (Able to communicate in meeting, email, read and write reports)
 Advanced conversational middle of English

 Business level of Japanese
 Business level of English

Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate Phase 7, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri) (Manager Should work on Saturday or Sunday in busy season)
