Sr. Manager, Manager or Assistant Manager (ERP) (80K–130K) (SDG-102633)

<Job responsibilities>
- Lead and Provide comprehensive solutions to the customers from consulting to system
construction and development, operation follow-up and maintenance with much knowledge about manufacturing business and IT.
- Involve bidding and pre-sales activities together with sales team.
- Meet customers who are mainly manufacturing companies together with sales team to
understand their requirements and lead/provide solutions and suggestions.
- Support sales team on proposals and pitches for presenting to the potential customers.
- Ensuring the product can be delivered to the customers according to their expectation.
- Responsible for the further implementation as project manager, Lead and create business requirement/design documents, collaborating with development partner to Lead development and testing. development of the interfaces and collaboration between the Sales departments and System Engineering department.
- Responsible for much high level of QCD of the system engineering process.
- Work towards providing the linkage of ERP and Digital Solution.
- Manage and coach the current team members to be able to deliver high-quality solutions to meet customer’s expectations.

- สนับสนุนทีมขายเกี่ยวกับข้อเสนอและการเสนอขายเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้า
- ดูแลให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์สามารถจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้าได้ตามความคาดหวัง

- รับผิดชอบ QCD ระดับสูงของกระบวนการทางวิศวกรรมระบบ
- ทำงานเพื่อเชื่อมโยง ERP และ Digital Solution
- จัดการและฝึกสอนสมาชิกในทีมปัจจุบันเพื่อให้สามารถนำเสนอโซลูชั่นคุณภาพสูงเพื่อตอบสนองความคาดหวังของลูกค้า
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information Technology or any related fields
- Experience in managing customer relations in the manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English language. ( with the Japanese manager )
- At least one or more project experience of ERP(SAP S/4 HANA) and IoT project
- Ability to manage system development (design, build, test, deploy, cutover, hyper-care)
- Strong knowledge and experience of SAP, ERP

- Ability to organize and lead testing activity (plan, prepare, execution control, collect data, manage bug-fix, evaluate quality
- Have project management or leader experience to support entire processes of system implementation which start from requirement gathering followed by design, development, test, and migration, before or after go-live support.
- Strong communication skill and leadership to organize multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Must have a Strong understanding of system engineering principles and methodologies, as well as experience in a variety of industries and technologies.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are important for success in This role.
- Having fundamental it knowledge level. (Application development, hardware, operating system, database, programming languages, networking, web Application, etc.)
- Interpersonal & communication skills, Positive mentality (Independence, initiative, Spontaneous)
- Vendor & customer & Resource management skills
- Capable of analyzing customer requirements and designing overall system specifications and concepts.
- Self-disciplined and responsible to work. learning from experience.
