Measurement Engineer (QC)

Job Detail

<Job Responsibilities>
- Improve measurement methods to achieve accuracy and reduce inspection time.
- Co-check how to measure work pieces with suppliers/customers together with QA.
- Prepare and improve the CF jig to increase the efficiency of inspecting the workpiece.
- Prepare a measurement system analysis plan (MSA Plan).
- Prepare measurement system analysis (MSA)
- Summary of weekly follow-up results
- Check the CF Jig, Part Master according to the Verify plan
- Support measurement work, Full Layout/Special Request
- Participate in supporting the IATF 16949 Audit.
- Participate in supporting the ISO 14001 Audit
- Participate in activities 6 S.
- Perform a risk/opportunity analysis of the process (Turtle Chart) accurately and completely.
- Other tasks as assigned.


หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน
-ปรับปรุงวิธีการวัดชิ้นงานเพื่อให้ได้ความแม่นยำและลดระยะเวลาในการตรวจสอบ
-ตรวจสอบวิธีการวัดชิ้นงานร่วมกับซัพพลายเออร์/ลูกค้า ร่วมกับฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ (QA)
-จัดเตรียมและพัฒนา CF Jig เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจสอบชิ้นงาน
-จัดทำแผนการวิเคราะห์ระบบการวัด (Measurement System Analysis - MSA Plan)
-จัดทำการวิเคราะห์ระบบการวัด (Measurement System Analysis - MSA)
-สรุปผลการติดตามงานประจำสัปดาห์
-ตรวจสอบ CF Jig และ Part Master ตามแผน Verify
-สนับสนุนงานด้านการวัด เช่น Full Layout / Special Request
-เข้าร่วมและสนับสนุนการตรวจประเมิน IATF 16949
-เข้าร่วมและสนับสนุนการตรวจประเมิน ISO 14001
-เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 6S
-ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง/โอกาสของกระบวนการ (Turtle Chart) อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
-ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineer , Mechanical, Materials or related filed.
- At least 1 year work experience in QC, Measurement Engineer in Automotive industry.
- Must have working experience of IATF, 5 Core tools, especial SPC, MSA, CMM.
- Conversational daily - middle level of English. (E-mail and document)
- Able to use MS Office.
- Able to attend face to face interview.


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, เครื่องกล, วัสดุศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในตำแหน่งควบคุมคุณภาพ (QC) หรือวิศวกรด้านการวัด ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
-ต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวกับ IATF, เครื่องมือหลักทั้ง 5 (5 Core Tools) โดยเฉพาะ SPC, MSA, และ CMM
-มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนาได้ (ระดับประจำวันถึงปานกลาง) สำหรับใช้งานในอีเมลและเอกสาร
-สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
-สามารถเดินทางมาสัมภาษณ์งานแบบพบหน้ากันได้
