Job Description

Purpose of the job:
The Retail Executive is responsible for the brand business and store operations in Hanoi by implementing the sales plans, operational marketing activities, and maintaining the NARS brand standards of customer service and store presentation/operations. S/he is in charge of planning, executing the sales, training, and marketing plan in line with the brand strategy and marketing calendar to deliver a total NARS brand experience and image across all stores in Hanoi.
1. Sales Management (50%)
- In charge of business results and sales performance for Hanoi
- Take charge of Implementation and achievement of sales plan, KPI per counter/location while working closely with the Counter/Store Managers. Monitor results and take actions on an immediate and ongoing basis
2. Store Operations (30%)
Act as a key contact pot for NARS in Hanoi in terms of brand, business, and operations
Responsible for all store operations in Hanoi with responsibilities as follows:
- Plan and execute marketing activities (launch plan, events, counter activities) in line with brand marketing calendar and strategy
- Plan and implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program and activities according to the brand strategy and aligned with PR and Digital Plan from online to offline
3. Inventory Management (5%)
- Continuously monitor stock levels (minimums and maximums) in conjunction with Counter/Store Manager to ensure optimum coverage while minimizing excess
- Make recommendations/plans regarding excess stock
4. Merchandising (5%)
- Train Counter/Store Managers to uphold merchandising expectations and develop standard of visual excellence
- Monitor merchandising by location to ensure adherence to guidelines and standards
5. Human resources development (10%)
- Recruit Counter/Shop Managers and makeup artist recruitment as required to meet brand standards
- Provide direction, on-going training, coach Counter/Shop Managers, makeup artists to develop and motivate team
6. Others:
- Adhering to and providing the examples for the brand standards regarding customer service expectations and image
- In all cases, make sure the brand DNA and guidelines are understood and adhered to and provide a great example of exellent execution and presentation

- Education: College Diploma
- Language: English Conversational level (for internal communication: reports, emails)
- Experience: 5 years as Sales, Marketing staff in cosmetics industry, including 2 years management experience
- Have a good understanding of business and cosmetics industry
- Great communication and retail skills.
- Leadership, training, public speaking experience needed.
