Job Description

<Job Responsibilities> :
•	Assists the development of HR policies and programs. Coordinates implementation of HR policies, processes, and relevant regulations.
•	Handle all talent acquisition and recruitment activities
•	Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
•	Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, reports timely any complex and/or sensitive matters to the Managers for discussion and solutions.
•	Maintains and updates personnel database system including employee employment status to be renewed/notified for proper actions. 
•	Organize quarterly and annual employee performance review.
•	Prepares, manages all HR reports and records with confidentiality.
•	Initiates and promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
•	Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
•	Coordinates and organizes company events.
•	Supports onboarding plans and inductions.
•	Other admin and secretary duties assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree 
・Gender: any
・Age: 25 - 35  years old
・Language: English business level 
・Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in HR-GA field with strong knowledge and experience in C&B field at any industry.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Labor Code and HR-related law and Labor market.
