<Job Responsibilities> 1) HR: 1. Recruit, onboard, and manage employee records. 2. Input timekeeping data and process payroll using software. 3. Manage compulsory insurance and 24-hour insurance. 4. Prepare labor contracts and contract addendums. 5. Handle foreign employee documentation. 6. Administer employee benefits. 2) Administration: 1. Distribute uniforms and office supplies. 2. Manage employee shuttle bus services. 3. Oversee canteen and cleaning staff. 4. Manage security guards and overall security. 5. Monitor and manage fire prevention and fighting activities. 3) HSE (Health, Safety, Environment): 1. Arrange health check-ups for employees. 2. Manage medical services. 3. Monitor drinking water quality checks. 4. Monitor and manage safety activities. 5. Manage sanitation and landscaping. 6. Control and monitor the working environment and general environment. 1) HR: 1. 採用、従業員の書類作成および管理。 2. 勤怠データの入力、給与ソフトへの入力および計算。 3. 法定保険、24時間保険。 4. 労働契約書および契約付属書の作成。 5. 外国人従業員の書類管理。 6. 利厚生。 2) Administration: 1. 制服・文房具の支給。 2. 従業員送迎バスの管理。 3. 社員食堂および清掃業務の管理。 4. 警備・セキュリティの管理。 5. 火災予防活動の監視および管理。 3) HSE: 1. 従業員の健康診断。 2. 医務管理。 3. 飲料水の検査状況の確認。 4. 安全活動の監視および管理。 5. 衛生および植栽の管理。 6. 労働環境および一般環境の監視・管理。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Any ・Age: From 28 years old ・Education: Graduated from an Intermediate level (Vocational school) or higher. ・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (from N3) OR English - Conversational Level ・Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and Administration. ・Proficient in office computing (Microsoft Office, etc.). ・Ideal Candidate: A person with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, strong teamwork skills, and a desire to improve their Japanese language proficiency. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Nhon Trach, Long Thanh. For those living in Bien Hoa, a company shuttle bus service will be provided along a fixed route.
