Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Accountant: - Verify and process expense applications. - Review payment vouchers for suppliers and staff. - Perform monthly bank reconciliations. - Input data into accounting software and issue invoices. - Prepare VAT declarations and liaise with tax consultants on tax-related matters. - Prepare payment documents. 2.HR: - Handle payroll calculations. - Prepare and manage labor contracts. - Manage C&B processes, including liaising with the Social Insurance Department to ensure timely SHUI registration/submission. - Prepare and review tax declarations and finalizations, including PIT for Vietnamese and Expatriate employees. 3. Admin: - Supervise visa, work permit (WP), and temporary residence card (TRC) arrangements for expatriates and their families. - Overseas visa arrangements for employees on overseas business trips. - Manage company car usage. - Monitor contract renewals to ensure timeliness. - Manage IT and office equipment (fixed assets and IT assets). - Organize company events (Ex: trips, parties, seminars). - Arrangement to ensure smooth operation at the office. - Manage subordinates for arrangement (book a hotel/air ticket/restaurant…)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 30 - 35 ・Gender: any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese Business Level ・Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting and at least 2 years in HR & administration roles <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Honest, patient, proactive, and a good team player. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). - Experience with FAST accounting software is a plus
