Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation>
- Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing training and development strategies for employees, as well as corporate culture initiatives. 
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility regulations. 
- Develop and maintain a positive corporate culture that aligns with the company’s core values. 

<Responsibilities>
1. Training & Development: 
- Develop and implement an annual training plan for employees. 
- Organize training courses, workshops and skill development programs for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Search for training demands of individuals, sections, departments by internal survey conduct. 
- Evaluate staff’s performance and analysis of their strengths and weaknesses.
- Based on evaluation, they propose suitable training plan for their improvement or maintenance. 
- Evaluate Trainee’s attendance, and effectiveness during/after the training course. - Making reports after training and reports to Human Resource Manager. 

2. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) 
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with CSR regulations. 
- Develop and implement CSR programs that align with the company’s core values. 
- Monitor and report on CSR implementation. 
- Promote Corporate Social Responsibility and organize various activities to arouse company image and staff loyalty (including TU activity program, staff relationship workshop etc). 
- Assist in government document submission / application and government audits. 

3. Corporate Culture 
- Develop and implement plans to develop and maintain a positive corporate culture. 
- Organize activities to promote and maintain a positive corporate culture. 
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to corporate culture passed on employees and customer feedback.

4. Others 
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the implementation of training, CSR, and Corporate Culture programs. 
- Develop and manage budgets for training, CSR and Corporate Culture Programs. 
- Report to the HR Manager on program implementation and recommend improvement.
- Be a member in HR team, you may be required to support some general HR & Admin functions when in need. 
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources Management or Teaching/Law major preferable 
・Gender: Fenale only
・Age: Any
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Have at least 8 years of relevant working experience
-  In-depth knowledge of CSR, Corporate Culture and Training
- Solid experience in leadership, management and good communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and good analytical thinking. 
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with other departments.
