Job Description
Manage all HR functions (HR organization chart, recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, KPIs & performance appraisal, training development)
Recommend solution of HR organization chart & department responsibilities
Plan and manage recruitment
Manage all compensation related issues, including working timesheet, payment of salaries, social insurance, personal income tax and other requirements with relevant authorities
Lead & manage procedures & paperwork relating to offer letters, employment contracts & other
Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system (performance of departments & key persons). Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees
Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s
Recommend HR budget & manage HR budget approved
Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development
Develop HR reports as required for CEO
Manage and supervise Admin staff to deliver good service to team
Develop and implement administrative system
Build, update Admin policies and procedures
Yearly planning and organizing teambuilding
Workplace Area: MRT Sam Yan, Chonburi
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)

Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 year experience, senior management position
Strong knowledge in Labor Law,
Good understanding of business processes is a plus, especially in the field of IT
Good at English

Have sense of HR management & development
Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent.
Able to start immediately
Experience in multinational company
