Work outline: Responsible for Japanese Interpreter and Secretary Tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Secretarial jobs for President and CEO such as Scheduler management, Booking, Make appointments or any related jobs
Ø Interpreter in the meeting and office support
Ø Translate document from Thai to Japanese Language and Japanese to Thai Language
Ø Coordinate with other departments to complete work
Ø Work closely with President and CEO
Ø Visit customer with Japanese Manager
Ø Performing other relates tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor degree in any related field
Ø 2-5 years’ experience in Secretary and Interpreter
Ø Must have N3 Japanese Language proficiency (JLPT) or higher
Ø Good command of writing and speaking both Japanese and English
Ø Good personality, service mind, action oriented and mature
Ø Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Preferable:
Ø Working experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N3 up)
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke / MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 THB negotiable
