Job Description
<Job responsibilities>
- Explore new business opportunity and sales acquisition.
- Handle and manage the sales transaction activities, business retention, upsell, cross-sell.
- Develop and approach new potential customers, and Make sales proposals to them.
- Interviewing customers to find out their needs, and liaising with internal staff.
- Prepare sales materials (proposals and quotations), Make proposals and presentations to customers, and Follow up on customer feedback and progress.
- Coordinate with related departments after receiving project orders, Conduct kick-off meetings, manage projects, and Follow up until start-up.
- Maintain existing customers and Make sales proposals such as up-selling and cross-selling
- Provide support to team members to achieve sales team goals
- To gather and comprehend customer's requirements and expectation.
- Prepare / propose business solution to the prospect, by calculating related cost.
- Plan / manage / execute / implement the sales activities including strategy.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 5 years working experience as B to B sales in any industry
・Well understand in call center business concept
・Businesee level of Japanese (N1 level)
・Business level of English
・Good interpersonal skill, presentation skill.
・Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
・Can work under pressure
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Candidate who have background at contact center company (ex. One to one).
Language Skill
English level : Business Level
Japanese level : Business Level
Workplace Area: BTS Phaya Thai
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
