<Job Responsibilities> - Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Collaborate with team members & other divisions to deliver results that meet or beyond the customer's needs. - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections - Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Work with team management to control project quality and to ensure deliverables meet expectations. - Any task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in Sales IT. - Experience proposing own solution and getting an award from the customer. - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal, external, email, and documents. - Holds IT product sales certification/training or a networking-related certification - Basic knowledge of network skills (Cisco, Aruba, or Other common enterprise networking vendors) - Basic knowledge of operating systems and server environments (Server/ Storage /Cloud skills such as Windows Server, Linux, AWS, Microsoft Azure) - Basic knowledge of cybersecurity skills (Cisco, Palo Alto, FortiGate, etc.) - Proficient in Microsoft Office <Details> - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
