Our client, a famous retail store is now looking for the below candidate -
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage all store operations strategies in order to achieve company standard; and maintenance enhance the customer service level in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- Contribute to and leads the team to deliver the business strategy for the store
- Through effective method, support Store Compliance Audit, maintenance / cleanliness in stores, Loss prevention programs / training and Inventory preparation.
- Manage all store supplies including shipment supplies and fixtures, and places orders per the supply order schedule
- Communicate with different internal parties in order to ensure smooth store operations
- Ad hoc duties are required
Requirements:
- University degree with minimum 3-6 years customer services’ experience is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written Japanese / Mandarin / English
- Good team player, independent, confident and able to work under pressure
- Certified Japanese language proficiency test with Level 1 is a must
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing
