<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop strong understanding of AP qualification process and tool
- Follow up after each country deployment. As each country comes online with qualifying all new suppliers through the AP qualification process, work with the global deployment project manager and country deployment champion/teams to continue the smooth continuation of the AP Qualification Process.
- Follow up KPI's
- Engage and communicate with the Regional Deployment Leader
- Engage each country Deployment Champion to understand current challenges and define next steps.
- Engage and communicate with BPO
- Provide technical support for country AP system and process questions and concerns. Effectively escalate issues as required. Manage requests and incident with the solution provider when needed.
- Work with the country deployment champion to develop, implement, monitor and successfully complete within the allotted time frame, the effective qualification of all direct suppliers.
- Work with the country Deployment Champion, Regional Deployment leader, global project manager to analyzed and identify AP entities for removal/ blacklisting non-active AP from the company's database
- Database cleansing and streamlining is key element of AP qualification success
- Implement a structured, efficient and effective project plan to manage ongoing integration of AP qualification as a standard component of the company system
- Promote continuous improvement culture especially as applied to AP Qualification
- Support developing and maintaining process documentation with a focus on continually improving AP Qualification capability
- Support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of AP Qualification process
- Investigate and follow up on process incidents, deviations, and below target performance
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or IT or related field
- At least 5 years of working experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst in financial field.
- At least couple of years of working experience in project management under global environment
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting payable process
- Able to communicate in English effectively
- Able to travel internationally (About 20%)
- Able to work unsupervised in an international management

- High effective written and oral skills
- Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong continuous improvement capabilities and mindset.
- Able to work under multinational environment
- Experience in data management.
