Tender Manager (Bidding/Construction) (67K–90K) (SDG-92132) ผู้จัดการประกวดราคา (ประกวดราคา/ก่อสร้าง) <Job Responsibilities> - Attend meeting with client and site visit to get the design concept - Prepare tender document - Create a master schedule, risk check sheet, temporary facility and construction sequence - Control tender team and contract document - Do an estimation work of each project - Estimate quantity for temporary work - Proposal for Tender - Support and audit the project team and flag non-compliances - Train or upskill subordinates - Lead meeting to identify project tasks and revolve issues <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 33 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer - At least 7 years' experiences of tender/ bidding in Construction Projects - Experience in construction job: QS / contract engineer / project cost control engineer / estimation engineer / tender - Good knowledge of civil engineering - Experience in construction of factory and buildings - Good command in English (Communicate with oversea client) - Microsoft office and related program - Presentation skill - Strong communication and coordinating skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have Professional Engineering License Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (No SAT) *WIO 100%) About the Benefits 67,000–90,000THB About the company Product & Service: Interior Renovation, Construction, Design, Construction Land Selection Business Type: Construction / Home Building;

ผู้จัดการประกวดราคา (ประกวดราคา/ก่อสร้าง) (67K–90K) (SDG-92132) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - เข้าร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้าและเยี่ยมชมไซต์งานเพื่อรับแนวคิดการออกแบบ - จัดทำเอกสารประกวดราคา - สร้างตารางหลัก ใบตรวจสอบความเสี่ยง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกชั่วคราว และลำดับการก่อสร้าง - ควบคุมทีมประกวดราคาและเอกสารสัญญา - ทำประมาณงานของแต่ละโครงการ - ประมาณการปริมาณงานชั่วคราว - ข้อเสนอประกวดราคา - สนับสนุนและตรวจสอบทีมงานโครงการและตั้งค่าสถานะการไม่ปฏิบัติตาม - ฝึกอบรมหรือเพิ่มทักษะให้กับลูกน้อง - นำการประชุมเพื่อระบุงานโครงการและหมุนเวียนประเด็นต่างๆ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 33 - 45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรโยธา - มีประสบการณ์ประกวดราคา/ประกวดราคาในโครงการก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 7 ปี - ประสบการณ์ด้านงานก่อสร้าง : QS / วิศวกรสัญญา / วิศวกรควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการ / วิศวกรประมาณราคา / ประกวดราคา - มีความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรมโยธาเป็นอย่างดี - มีประสบการณ์งานก่อสร้างโรงงานและอาคาร - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ) - Microsoft office และโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ทักษะการนำเสนอ - มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : การสนทนา สถานที่ทำงาน BTS ช่องนนทรี เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น.
