<Job Responsibilities>
- Collaborate with sale teams to gather requirements from customers.
- Define features, pros and cons of the product in order to support production selection.
- Finding the best tech solution among all possible to meet customer requirement.
- Supply the technical details of proposed solutions and estimation.
- Create presentation document and explain for technical terms to customer.
- Keep up to date with developments in Networking, Security and associated technologies and the customer and supplier market places.
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 28-34 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- 3-5 Years working experience delivering technical networking design & implementation of solutions to customers.
- Have experiences of completing low level and high-level designs, following full technical pre-sales and project life cycle.
<Details>
- Be able to design of networking, security and managed service solutions with a high level of accuracy. This includes defining solution hardware, licenses, professional services budgets and services. The related products/services relate networking, system and security such as enterprise LAN and WAN, wireless, firewall technologies, next generation firewall technologies, enterprise backup solutions, Microsoft services, endpoint security platform.
- Familiar with enterprise products such as VMware, Cisco, TrendMicro, Palo Alto, Veeam Backup, Could services (AWS or Azure).
- Good English Communication.
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, AWS, Azure certified will be advantage
- Prefer to have IS company background or experienced in implementation engineer and would like to change to be a presale.
- Had experience working in Japanese or international company is very welcome (optional)
- Japanese or other 3rd language skill is very welcome (optional)

- สร้างเอกสารการนำเสนอและอธิบายข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า
- ติดตามข่าวสารล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาระบบเครือข่าย ความปลอดภัย และเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง และตลาดลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 28-34 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3-5 ปี ในการออกแบบเครือข่ายทางเทคนิคและการนำโซลูชันไปใช้งานแก่ลูกค้า
- มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบระดับต่ำและระดับสูงตามการขายทางเทคนิคและวงจรชีวิตโครงการอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ

- สามารถออกแบบโซลูชันระบบเครือข่าย, การรักษาความปลอดภัย, และการจัดการบริการที่มีความแม่นยำสูง ซึ่งรวมถึงการกำหนดฮาร์ดแวร์โซลูชัน, ใบอนุญาต, งบประมาณและบริการระดับมืออาชีพ, ผลิตภัณฑ์/บริการที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวข้องกับเครือข่าย ระบบ และการรักษาความปลอดภัย เช่น LAN และ WAN ขององค์กร, เทคโนโลยีไร้สาย, เทคโนโลยีไฟร์วอลล์, เทคโนโลยีไฟร์วอลล์รุ่นต่อไป, โซลูชันการสำรองข้อมูลระดับองค์กร, บริการของ Microsoft แพลตฟอร์มความปลอดภัยปลายทาง
