Store operation Manager (Japanese Speaking)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Since it is the setting up company, this position is required to open the new stores and set up the store operation systems from the beginning
(*There is the training program for around 3 month in Japan)
 Coordinate with the Head Quarter in Japan
 Make sure the daily overall operations to be efficient and good quality
 Expected to manage subordinates after setting up the company, stores, and increasing headcounts
 Other duties assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 At least 1 years of working experience as store manager
(Person who can complete overall HR tasks)
 At least 2 years of working experience in the consumer services industry which has chain restaurant or retail stores
 Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 up)
 Conversational level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Person who has the experience of setting up chain restaurant as store manager
 Management experience

Workplace Area: BTS sukhumvit Line Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Shift schedule)
