Service Engineer (UPS) (22K–27K) (SDG-84185)

<Job Responsibilities>
・Contact with sale for receive order
・Purchase parts and equipment for troubleshooting at customer sale
・Responsible for related documents such as installation report and testing report
・Service for product installation at customer site both local and oversea
・Service for inspection product at customer site
・Coordinate with customer service
・Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering
・1-2 years' experience as service engineer for UPS
・Good command of English skill (to communicate internal with Japanese)
* Able to handle documents work 90% (10% on site during probation)
・Ability to work on site at in Asia countries as assigned of each project (Mostly around 1-2 weeks)

Workplace Area: Pathumthani Industrial area
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Monday to Friday (6 Sat / year))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
・ติดต่อกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อรับคำสั่งซื้อ
・ซื้อชิ้นส่วนและอุปกรณ์สำหรับการแก้ปัญหาที่การขายของลูกค้า
・รับผิดชอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น รายงานการติดตั้งและรายงานการทดสอบ
・บริการติดตั้งสินค้าที่ไซต์ของลูกค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
・บริการตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ไซต์ของลูกค้า
・ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า
・งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , อายุ 23 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า
・ประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปีในฐานะวิศวกรบริการของ UPS
・ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี (เพื่อสื่อสารภายในกับคนญี่ปุ่น)
* สามารถจัดการงานเอกสารได้ 90% (นอกสถานที่ 10% ช่วงทดลองงาน)
・สามารถทำงานนอกสถานที่ในประเทศแถบเอเชียตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายของแต่ละโครงการ (ส่วนใหญ่ประมาณ 1-2 สัปดาห์)
