<Job responsibilities>
- Take care of after service both onsite and teleservices for clients
- First-year service, will focus on domestic customers, visit site with senior/ report line, and use company car only(Drive by self)
- After acquiring sufficient skills, one will have to go on their own.
- Visit Clients 3-4 Times/Week
- Perform daily work on-site or teleservices of machines (sheet metal, cutting, grinding machines, etc.), tools, and associated equipment.
- Visit customers regularly or upon request for routine service of machines and associated equipment.
- Inspect, diagnose, and rectify machine failure operation, problems, breakdowns, etc.
- Execute New machine installation with the Team, test run of the machine, and Provide training to users, Provide
maintenance, and safety aspects.
- Promote package of service & maintenance contracts to existing customers for continuous services.
- Generate service reports and quotations upon customers’ queries.
