Senior Sales Executive (Corporate Car Leasing/Rental) (30K-35K) (SDG-82834)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายอาวุโส (บริษัทรถเช่า, ลีสซิ่ง)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Contact customers, analyse situation, follow up order and report to Assistant Manager or Manager
- *First month: Call & contact customers via call, Second month onwards, may accompany with report line.
- *Company car with some amount of driver is provided
- Maintaining the good relationship with the client and follow up to meet customer's needs
- Business Development
- Responsible for issue and assist the customers in order to solve the problem
- Preparing sales documents such as quotation, proposal, and internal reports.
- *First 6 months: learn document process with Sales Assistant and prepare documents by own
- Key sales data in company system
- Coordinating with other departments to support customers' request
- Find and Get contract from New prospective customers in every month
- Any sales activity for increase sales target with follow up account customer to contact and internal process.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 30-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years as B2B sales (Service or Tangible (Any field) with after-sales service function
- 1 year as senior level (Leadership, able to support team member)
- Taking care of existing and find new client
- Good command of English (Email, Documents, Internal communication)
- Comfort with many documents work and internal coordination, Have strong problem solving skills
- Highly driven to achieve target

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- TOEIC 600 or over
- Driving license

Workplace Area: BTS Ploen Chit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday (Sat: None) Currently 1 day/ week work from home)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ติดต่อลูกค้า วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ ติดตามคำสั่งซื้อ และรายงานต่อผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือผู้จัดการ
- *เดือนแรก: โทรและติดต่อลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ เดือนที่สองเป็นต้นไป อาจไปพร้อมกับสายรายงาน
- *มีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับให้
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าและติดตามตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- การพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- รับผิดชอบปัญหาและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการแก้ปัญหา
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารการขาย เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ข้อเสนอ และรายงานภายใน
- *6 เดือนแรก: เรียนรู้ขั้นตอนเอกสารกับ Sales Assistant และเตรียมเอกสารด้วยตัวเอง
- คีย์ข้อมูลการขายในระบบของบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นเพื่อรองรับคำขอของลูกค้า
- ค้นหาและรับสัญญาจากลูกค้าที่คาดหวังใหม่ทุกเดือน
- กิจกรรมการขายใด ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มเป้าหมายการขายด้วยการติดตามลูกค้าบัญชีเพื่อติดต่อและกระบวนการภายใน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 30-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 3 ปี เป็นการขายแบบ B2B (บริการหรือจับต้องได้ (สาขาใดก็ได้) พร้อมฟังก์ชันบริการหลังการขาย
- ระดับอาวุโส 1 ปี (ความเป็นผู้นำ, สามารถสนับสนุนสมาชิกในทีมได้)
- ดูแลลูกค้าเก่าและหาลูกค้าใหม่
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (อีเมล, เอกสาร, การสื่อสารภายใน)
- สะดวใจกับงานเอกสารมากมายและการประสานงานภายใน มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
- ขับเคลื่อนอย่างสูงเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย

- TOEIC 600 คะแนนขึ้นไป
- ใบขับขี่
